Nothing in the app, its metrics, or its AI-generated analyses constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on any information you find here.
By accessing or using SyncWealth, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SyncWealth is a personal portfolio-intelligence application. It lets you record your holdings and transactions, view performance metrics, and generate AI-assisted analyses using the Anthropic Claude API. It draws on public market-data sources (including Yahoo Finance and Polymarket) for prices and context. SyncWealth does not connect to, execute trades on, or take any action with your brokerage or bank accounts.
The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and it does not offer personalised investment recommendations. Any output reflects the data you entered and general analysis, not a professional assessment of your circumstances. Investing carries risk, including the risk of losing capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. AI-generated analyses can contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and may produce confident but incorrect statements. You must independently verify any figure, calculation, or conclusion before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or AI output.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
If you provide your own Anthropic Claude API key, AI analyses you run are billed to your Anthropic account at Anthropic's rates. You are responsible for those costs and for managing your own usage limits and spending. Your key is stored encrypted at rest (see our Privacy Policy). Your use of the Anthropic API is also subject to Anthropic's own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyncWealth and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service. You use the service at your own risk and remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion follows a 30-day soft-delete grace period before your data is permanently purged. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
